This role offers the chance to lead projects, mentor a team, and bring your strengths in either front-end design or technical delivery.
What you'll be doing

• Lead projects across all phases, from design to delivery
• Run consultant and client meetings with confidence
• Mentor and support the team, fostering growth and collaboration
• Contribute significant residential and mixed-use expertise to the studio's portfolio
• Shape and refine design outcomes using Rhino and other design tools
• Take ownership at an Associate level, driving project quality and team success

What you'll bring

• Proven residential and mixed-use project experience (majority of your portfolio)
• Leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and team development
• Confidence in leading projects, running meetings, and liaising with stakeholders
• Strength in either design excellence or technical delivery (back end)
• Revit and Rhino experience preferred
• Solid communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
