Job description

The Company:

This expansion is predominately due to an increased pipeline of work coming through on the design front that they're looking to sustain and develop further.

You must have sound construction knowledge and be able to conduct site measures and surveys of existing conditions. An understanding of BCA and relevant Australian Standards is also essential.

As an Archicad Technician, you will work alongside and under the direction of Designers/Architects, reviewing their documentation and managing the Archi Cad Template.
Integration of services drawings and Architectural Plans will be a crucial part of your role.
If you have experience with Enscape and Lumion, that's even better! They would prefer a candidate who has these skills.

This role is ideal for you if you're looking to work in a small, relatively fast-paced D&C office, working on multiple commercial workplace fit-outs at any given time.

You'll be supported in your role by a couple of junior designers as well as the Design Director, who is always on the tools.
