Our client, a civil construction company , specialising in commercial construction, have an immediate Accounts Payable requirement in their Sydney office.
Key responsibilities include;
- AP functions including processing payments, maintaining and improving accounts payable systems
- Preparing EFTs and drawing cheques
- Entering and processing invoices
- Completing reconciliations
- Maintain online statements and transactions
- Have a minimum of 2 years AP experience within the construction/engineering industry
- Experience within MS Office, Adobe Professional, IFS (preferred) and email environments, with advanced skills in excel.
- High attention to detail and accuracy skills.
- Have experience working in a fast paced environment.
- Be able to work autonomously and hit the ground running
- Have excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
