About the Company
CGC Recruitment is a specialist recruiter in the construction, architecture and design space. We are currently looking for an Accounts Assistant / Office Administrator to join a small-sized construction company based on a permanent basis.
About the Role
Working in a close-knit team, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable & Payroll
- Data entry
- Maintaining relationships and liaising with clients and suppliers (answering phone calls, emails, etc.)
- Adhoc administrative duties
Who we are looking for
- Experience using Xero
- 1-2 years’ experience in similar role
- Highly organized, ability to prioritise workload and work autonomously
- Exceptional communication skills
- Experience in the construction industry will be highly regarded
