Job description
CGC Recruitment are working with a high-end residential builder based in the Inner West and work across the Lower North Shore and Eastern Suburbs. They have multiple jobs starting next month and are looking to bring in 2 working foremen`s to join the team. Projects valued up to $5m.
They are looking for someone who can work independently, has a carpentry background and is computer savvy. To apply for this job you must have had experience running a high-end residential new build or large renovation from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day site supervision and coordination of trades
- Hands-on carpentry and general building work
- Reading and interpreting plans and specifications
- Maintaining high standards of finish and attention to detail
- Ensuring WHS compliance on site
- Managing timelines, deliveries, and site organisation
- Liaising with builders, clients, and subcontractors
- Proven experience as a Working Foreman or Senior Carpenter
- Strong background in high-end residential construction
- Excellent knowledge of construction methods and finishes
- Ability to lead trades and work independently
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, well-presented, and detail-oriented
- White Card, carpentry certificate / builders license
- Driver’s licence and own transport
- Based on experience you will be paid up to $110,000 to $140,000 + super.
- 40 hours a week (occasional Saturday)
