A global leader in rail infrastructure solutions is seeking a Warehouse & Rail Operations Coordinator to manage daily operations at a key Queensland rail facility. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and can balance warehouse coordination, rail logistics, and office-based operational control.
You’ll play a central role in keeping freight, inventory, and rail movements running safely, efficiently, and on schedule while supporting both operational and administrative functions.

You’ll play a central role in keeping freight, inventory, and rail movements running safely, efficiently, and on schedule while supporting both operational and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day warehouse and rail yard operations
- Manage inbound and outbound freight, including rail wagon loading/unloading activities
- Maintain accurate inventory control, stock movements, and system transactions
- Liaise with rail operators, transport providers, and internal stakeholders
- Oversee documentation, dispatch paperwork, and compliance records
- Support safety, quality, and operational procedures across the site
- Assist with scheduling, contractor coordination, and general site administration
- Experience in warehouse, rail, or transport operations
- Strong administrative and documentation skills
- Understanding of inventory systems / ERP / WMS
- Ability to work in a structured, safety-focused industrial environment
- Confident communicator who can deal with drivers, contractors, and stakeholders
- Self-sufficient, organised, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Stable, full-time role with an established international business
