  • Services include concrete repair, form/reo pour, crack injection, protective coatings, structural strengthening, joint repair systems, cathodic protection, and specialist civil services.

Role Overview

As a Remedial Supervisor, you will lead on-site delivery, supervising crews and subcontractors, ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to the highest industry standards. You’ll work closely with Project Managers to coordinate resources, maintain quality control and support project execution from start to finish.
  
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise remedial construction activities on site, including concrete repairs and structural remediation.
  • Coordinate labour, subcontractors and daily site operations to meet schedule and quality requirements.
  • Enforce and promote high standards of workplace health, safety and environmental compliance.
  • Monitor progress, identify potential issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate site documentation, daily reports and communication with the project team.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven supervisory experience in remedial -  residential, civil or infrastructure.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage crews on site.
  • Ability to be hands on if required (only 10-20% of the time)
  • Excellent understanding of safety and quality procedures.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes.
