We are seeking a reliable and organised Customer Service / Warehouse Admin team member to join our busy operations team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, combining front-of-house customer interactions with hands-on warehouse support and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Communication Management: Answer phones, greet visitors professionally, and manage incoming/outgoing email and mail.
- Processing Transactions: Handle quotes, purchase orders, payments, cancellations, returns, and refunds efficiently.
- Supporting Sales: Assist in identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to meet customer needs.
- Qualified Leads: Work alongside our business development team to qualify customer calls via phone and email.
- Accounts Receivable: Review outstanding invoices, verify payments, and follow up on overdue accounts in a professional manner.
- Packing and Labelling: Assist the warehouse team in preparing items for transport, including packing, palletising, and applying accurate shipping labels.
