As the Team Assistant you will be supporting the directors, as well as the 180 staff members below them. You will be the "glue" for the Sydney office.
The role requires a highly organised candidate:
- Extensive diary management
- Travel bookings
- Meeting minutes
- Events Management
- Expense Claims
- Communications
- Office coordination
- Reporting
- Respond promptly to managers’ queries
- Assist with project admin where needed
- Ad hoc admin
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Senior Team Assistant or PA to multiple people
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong relationship Builder
- Someone who shows initiative
- Problem solver
- Highly organised, precise, proactive and reliable
- Ability to handle confidentiality
- An outgoing, people-oriented person who lights up the room
