CGC Recruitment are established experts in providing short term construction and engineering resources to main tier and mid-tier contractors and have been approached by an existing client to source a Safety Adviser for Night Shifts on a major project. 
 
As Safety Adviser you will be the boots on the ground for the implementation of Site Safety across the project and key responsibility will include;
 

• Pre Starts talks
• Toolbox talks
• Good communication skills
• Working in with a fast paced team, high performer.
• Extensive knowledge of WHS act
• Experience in infrastructure projects, rail structures
• Perform safety inspections
• Proficient in IT (Microsoft, excel, etc)
• To be efficient in IT Construction Management Software - Simpel
• Inductions
• Plant onboarding
• Competencies
• SWMS reviews

The role is working on contract until the end of the year and will be night works on one of x2 different crews. One of which running Sun-Thur the other running Thur-Mon. We are actively looking to speak to Safety professionals who are keen to work night shifts and possesses the following experience;
 
- 3+ years Safety Experience 
- Tier 1 Contracting experience desired 
- Cert IV in Safety or Equivalent
- Happy to work night shifts
