The Company 

This mid tier contractor that operates in Orange NSW currently has a requirement for a Supervisor to work on Civil projects throughout Orange and surrounding areas. They have a great reputation delivering roadworks, kerbs, gutter and earthwork projects and are looking for a Supervisor who is hands on, happy to jump on machines from time to time and work across multiple projects. 

The Role 

To be successful in this role you will need to have the following experience:-

• Overseeing subcontractors and junior members of staff while working closely with the clients to maintain these long standing and established working relationships. 
• Coordination & management of subcontractors 
• Ensuring that all paperwork is completed on time & submitted accordingly 
• Ensure necessary compliance with WHS requirements 
• Attend & run site meetings 

Skills and Experience

• You will have worked on and will need to have road works experience and previously self performed on these projects. 
• Qualities in "hands on" leadership and management approach
• Excellent communication and listening to instructions and able to converse with the crew
• Excellent knowledge of program delivery and tracking each project milestone effectively.
