Supervisor - Civil Construction (FIFO 2:1)

$170k base + super (DOE) + 30% site uplift
 
A leading civil contractor is seeking an experienced Supervisor to join their growing delivery team on remote WA projects. This is a long-term opportunity for a hands-on leader with strong technical capability across a broad range of civil construction activities.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate site crews across multiple civil work fronts
• Ensure safe and efficient delivery of detailed earthworks, HDPE pipe installations, concrete pours, and formwork activities
• Interpret drawings, manage quality documentation, and support project engineers
• Drive productivity, maintain high safety standards, and contribute to strong project outcomes
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and site management to ensure schedule compliance

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Supervisor working for Australian main contractors
• Proven background in earthworks, HDPE pipework, concrete and formwork
• Experience working in remote FIFO environments
• Valid S26 and ideally FMG inductions
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
