A high-profile industrial construction project located south of the river in Perth is seeking skilled and experienced site-based supervisors to lead key civil infrastructure works. The scope includes:

• Site clearance & remediation
• Bulk and detailed earthworks
• Drainage & road construction
• Underground services
• Retaining structures

Available Positions

• Site Supervisor
• Senior Site Supervisor
• Superintendent / Construction Manager

Key Responsibilities
Site Supervisor

• Manage daily site activities and subcontractors
• Maintain strong safety, quality, and compliance standards
• Track productivity and ensure works are delivered to program
• Conduct toolbox talks and daily pre-starts
• Support the engineering team with short-term planning

Senior Site Supervisor

• Oversee multiple work fronts and coordinate resources
• Ensure high-quality delivery and adherence to HSE standards
• Interface with project engineers and procurement teams
• Mentor and support junior site staff
• Identify and manage risks and performance issues

Superintendent / Construction Manager

• Lead site-wide construction delivery of civil packages
• Develop construction methodologies and sequencing
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and direct workforce
• Report to senior project leadership and manage stakeholder communication
• Drive safety leadership and site productivity across all teams

About You
To be successful, you will have:

• Civil infrastructure experience on Australian projects
• Proven background with Australian civil engineering main contractors
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• Solid understanding of Australian construction standards
• The ability to lead and motivate teams across high-pressure environments
• Full Australian working rights

Salary Guide (Plus Super + Tool of Trade Vehicle)

• Site Supervisor – $130,000 – $160,000
• Senior Site Supervisor – $160,000 – $180,000
• Superintendent / Construction Manager – $180,000+
