The Role:
- Manage the reception area and direct all incoming calls to the appropriate team members
- Co-ordinate all incoming and outgoing mail, and be the first point of contact for deliveries
- Oversee office maintenance, repairs, and supplies (stationery, kitchen items, etc.)
- Liaise with cleaning and waste contractors, and manage photocopier servicing
- Assist with storage/archiving requirements for project teams
- Process daily office accounts and invoices using Jobpac
- Reconcile monthly credit card accounts for managers
- Provide general support to the NSW Senior Leadership Team including formatting, printing, and binding documents
- Consolidate monthly Executive and Photo Reports for the NSW GM
- Assist with social functions, Christmas parties, and business meetings
- Maintain leave registers and co-ordinate equipment for new starters and leavers
- Support WHS Manager with training program coordination
- Prior experience in office administration or coordination
- Experience in general accounts processing
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage office maintenance, repairs, and supplies
- Event planning and coordination experience
- Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel)
- Highly organised with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
- Independent, proactive, and a natural problem solver
