About: Join our client working on renewable energy projects across various NSW locations. As a Substations Technician, contribute to installing and maintaining substation assets.

Responsibilities:

• Install, commission, and maintain substation assets.
• Receive comprehensive training in substation electrical work.
• Work on fault finding, repairs, and system incidents.
• Interpret schematics and wiring diagrams.

Requirements:

• Certificate III in Electrotechnology or equivalent.
• Australian Driver’s License.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to travel.
• Familiar with "Wiring Rules" and Australian Standards.

Bonus Skills:

• NSW Electrical Supervisor Certificate.
• Experience in high voltage substations.
• Understanding of Substation Secondary Systems.
• Knowledge of diagnostic testing techniques.
• High Voltage Switching authorization.
