With a large infrastructure project pipeline, and a $100M infrastructure project in the education space there is now a need for a Senior Project Manager in this growing and booming business! 
  
You will:

• See projects through from start to hand over.
• Evolve your reputation in the industry.
• Manage project scope from development to handover.
• Manage design development as well as up-front regulatory approvals.
• Work for a client-side project management consultancy
• Appoint contractors through the process of competitive tendering
• Identify and manage construction risks through the build process
• Manage project expenditure and cash flow

You will have:

• Tertiary qualification in construction management, engineering, architecture or similar.
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a client-side Project Manager
• Must have exposure working with GC21 contracts and/or other Government works.
• Strong Stakeholder Management and client relationship skills
• Project financial reporting skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to priorities tasks
