The Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant / Graduate Accountant to join a dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career accounting professional to gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment and grow within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable
• Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and reconciliations
• Help maintain accurate financial records and data entry
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders as required
• Contribute to process improvement and compliance initiatives

About You:

• Recently completed or near completion of a degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a growing business
