We're looking for a hands-on Site Supervisor to join our growing team and take ownership of site operations across high-quality commercial projects.
 
Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate site activities to ensure projects are delivered on time and to quality standards
• Lead and manage subcontractors, trades, and site staff
• Maintain WHS compliance and promote a strong safety culture
• Monitor project progress, site logistics, and daily reporting
• Work closely with the project management team to resolve site issues efficiently
• Ensure high standards of workmanship and joinery installation are achieved
• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders on-site

About You:

• Previous experience supervising fit out and refurbishment projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Solid knowledge of WHS and site safety practices
• Organised, proactive, and detail-focused
• Ability to problem-solve and drive results on-site
