Join a reputable Tier 3 commercial builder known for delivering high-quality new build, refurbishment, and fit-out projects across Canberra and the ACT region.
This business has built its name on integrity, craftsmanship, and repeat clients across the commercial, education, government, and healthcare sectors, with projects typically ranging from $2M–$20M.
With a solid forward workload, the company is expanding its delivery team and seeking experienced Site Supervisors to take ownership of on-site coordination, quality, and safety.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Project Manager, the Site Supervisor will be responsible for day-to-day site management, trade coordination, and program delivery. You’ll ensure the project runs smoothly, safely, and to the highest standards.

The Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site operations, safety, and quality control
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and logistics
- Monitor progress and maintain construction programs
- Liaise with the Project Manager, clients, and consultants
- Ensure compliance with company and WHS standards
- Drive productivity and positive culture on-site
- Contribute to site meetings and project planning
- 5+ years’ experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreman in commercial construction
- Experience managing new builds, refurbishments, or fit-outs up to $20M
- Strong understanding of safety, quality, and site processes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read drawings and manage subcontractors effectively
- Trade background preferred (Carpentry highly regarded)
- Canberra or ACT-based, or willing to relocate
- Work on a mix of high-quality local projects
