Established builder known for delivering projects in the commercial fit out sector to the highest level. Their projects range from a commercial fit out and  university refurb to a fast paced retail build valuing from $200k to $5M.

The business owners have over 20 years of experience in this sector and many strong client relationships in place.
 
The Position – Site Manager (Contract)
Due to a number of successful tenders they are looking for an experienced Site Manager to come in and deliver an existing project in Strathpine. You will report to the PM on the project and company Director.

They are looking for this person to start in the next 2 weeks.

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience completing construction projects in Brisbane
• Previous construction and refurbishment experience
• Previous experience as a Site Manager with a builder in Australia
• A trade background is ideal
• Must have QBCC Supervisors or Builders licence
• Must have First Aid certification
