We are currently working in partnership with a specialist Health/Medical refurbishment contractor based on the North Shore. They have operated out of Sydney for 10 years  and have an excellent reputation with their clients ... They take on complex projects ranging from $1m up to $15m.  

The Project

The project is based in Orange and will be a $3 mill refurbishment of a Xray facility and medical suit/foyer. The project is to run for around 4 months starting at mid/end October...

The Role

You will be reporting directly to your Project Manager who will be located in head office and visit the site every other week, so you will need to take full responsibility for the project including all OH&S requirements. 

To be considered for this role you will have: 

• Come from a trade background
• Proven experience delivering projects up to $5M as a Site Manager
• Strong commercial or medical fit out background
• From a trade background
