A well known and established fit out contractor who were established in Sydney nearly 20 years ago are continuing to pick up project after project and are in need to add a couple of key people to their team.

They are known for delivering commercial projects from a value of 10m to $50M and are in need of an energetic Site Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. They are looking for someone for the long term and are able to offer you stability in your career.

The Site Manager they are looking for is someone who comes from a trade background and has been a Foreman/Site Manager for the past 10 years, you must have a strong commercial fit out background to be considered for this role.

You will also need:

• A trade qualification
• Be well presented- Client facing role 
• 5 years experience as a Foreman/Site manager running your own fit out projects ideally with with $10m + project experience. 
• Experience with a well known builder
• Stability on your CV  
• Commercial fit out experience is a must
• Be well presented
• Able to lead from the front
