A reputable commercial builder is seeking an experienced No.1 Site Manager to take full responsibility for a $3M project in Carrum Downs.

Consisting of detailed demolition, new structural works, and the construction of four new tenancies, this is a great opportunity for a capable site leader who can confidently run a job end-to-end, maintain program, manage subcontractors, and uphold strict safety and quality standards.

The Role:
  
As the No.1 Site Manager, you will oversee the project from initial demolition through to final handover. (9-month project). Your focus will be on coordinating trades, maintaining site safety, sequencing works, and ensuring all deliverables meet the project’s specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations and subcontractor supervision
• Oversee detailed demolition and new structural activities
• Coordinate the build-out of four new tenancies
• Maintain and drive the construction program
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Conduct site reporting, scheduling, and stakeholder communication
• Lead toolbox meetings, site inductions, and HSEQ processes

About You

• Proven experience as a No.1 Site Manager on commercial projects
• Strong background managing detailed demolition and structural works
• Ability to lead and coordinate a broad range of subcontractors
• Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Strong commitment to safety and quality at all stages of delivery
• Capable of managing a project from site establishment to completion
