They’re looking for a Site Manager to oversee a $26M food processing facility near Homebush — a standout project focused on excellence in safety, quality, and performance.
  
The Role
  
As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of the project,  leading a collaborative site team and overseeing all site-based activity, ensuring timelines, safety and quality standards are met.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate site operations to meet programme and project milestones
  • Drive safety, quality, and compliance standards across all trades
  • Liaise with stakeholders including clients, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Monitor project progress, manage site documentation and reporting
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a strong team culture

What You’ll Need
  • Trade background or building qualification (preferred)
  • Proven experience independently delivering multiple industrial or food processing facilities valued upwards of $20M
  • Strong planning, buildability, and subcontractor management skills
  • Ability to foster stakeholder relationships and lead cohesive teams
  • High attention to detail, especially with safety, systems, and programme
  • Competent with digital site systems
