We are looking for a Luxury Residential Site Manager to join our client`s team to work on a project in Vaucluse. Our client has been in business for nearly 20 years and work on luxury bespoke homes. 

As a Site Manager you’ll play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations on-site, you will need to be confident in dealing with excavations and the site set up phase and then seeing it through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities.
• Interpret detailed drawings and specifications for high-end custom homes
• Lead and mentor trades, subcontractors, and labourers
• Ensure work is completed on time, to budget, and to our clients Projects quality standard
• Monitor and enforce site safety, cleanliness, and compliance

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in high end residential construction, with a focus on concrete and masonry
• Minimum 3 years in a Foreman/Site Manager
• Demonstrated experience on luxury/custom home projects
• Deep knowledge of concrete structures, formwork, masonry detailing, and stonework
• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural plans
• White Card & driver’s licence
• A passion for quality construction and high-end finishes

• $160,000 - $175,000 + super
