My client, a well-established architectural practice, is seeking a Senior Architect / Designer with a strong focus on residential projects. This role is ideal for a versatile all-rounder with DA and construction knowledge, who thrives in a collaborative team environment and can lead projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to residential projects across all stages, from concept design to DA/CDC documentation and construction.
- Prepare high-quality drawings, models, and visualisations using ArchiCAD, including detailed plans.
- Apply your knowledge of development approvals (DA) and construction processes to support project delivery.
- Collaborate with team members, consultants, and contractors to ensure projects meet design intent and regulatory requirements.
- Lead parts of projects where appropriate, taking ownership of specific components or phases.
- Mentor and support junior staff, sharing expertise and best practices.
- 5-10 years experience.
- Proven experience as a Senior Architect / Designer.
- Local multi-residential project experience.
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD is a must.
- Strong technical knowledge of architectural documentation, detailing, DA processes, and construction practices.
- Registration is valued but not essential; strong project experience is highly regarded.
- Ability to work as part of a team and take ownership of aspects of projects when required.
- Excellent communication, design, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members.
- Work on engaging and diverse residential projects.
