CGC Recruitment are working in partnership with a national tier 2 building head contractor who deliver all types of commercial construction projects, from new builds, to refurbs and fit outs. 

The Client

A key player within the construction market within the eastern states, this builder currently has a smaller team within WA. Due to repeat business and a high profile national client they have recently been awarded a new $20m industrial construction project, which comprises of a new build + refurb component to an existing building. 

The Role - Site Manager

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager, who is looking to join a financially stable business on the rise, who has a proven track record in site managing new build construction projects within Australia - upwards of $10m. 

This is a larger project for their Perth business, so they will be looking to utilise your experience in delivering complex commercial construction projects, with full support from an experienced PM and CA on the project. 

A business who hire for the long term, and with an extremely healthy pipeline in place and further growth plans in WA, now is the perfect time to be joining this well established builder and growing with the business, whilst taking the reigns on a newly awarded development. 

Salary package will be commensurate with experience, ranging between $150-170k + Super + Vehicle.
