National design and construction fitout firm that specialises within the retail, workspace and medical sectors. On a national basis this firm employs over 150 staff and provides full turnkey solutions to a long list of householder names and blue-chip corporates
The Position
With a busy pipeline of work coming up in the next 6 months we are helping with the recruitment of an experienced Site Manager to oversee projects ranging from $1M - $10M.
Reporting into an office based Project Manager you will be required to oversee the day to day site activities ensuring the safety requirements, programme is met whilst client expectations are adhered too

- Carpentry Trade and experience working within the fitout market in sydney
- Ability to develop strong client relationships and ability to empower and motivate site staff
- Strong and decisive decision making abilities
- Good IT skills and above average WHS knowledge
