SITE MANAGER - Newcastle - 4 month contract 


Seeking a SM for a commercial fit out and refurbishment contractor who have a commercial project kicking off in Newcastle CBD.

Our client have established a solid reputation for being able to deliver an excellent project to high standards, which has seen them win a good amount of repeat business. 

The role 

With a new $6m commercial refurbishment project about to start in Newcastle we are looking for a Sm to work for 4 months on a large commercial office fit out over 6 levels.

The main focus will be help manage contractors, reviewing  delivery's, workmanship while driving the project forward to achieve agreed program.

The role will be on a contract basis for a period of 4 months 
 
The Person 

• Experience working on commercial fit outs 
• You'll ideally have a good understanding of fast paced projects however general building projects
• Experience on commercial jobs preferred but not essential
