A well known Sydney builder who are know for delivering a commercial/ industrial & residential projects valued between $10m - $60m. They are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join the business and deliver a government building in Goulburn.

The project itself is a 3 storey build spread over a wide surface area. it is a large steel frame industrial build with offices internally. The builder are looking for someone experienced who has proven experience delivering projects of $10m plus and are able to offer a salary of around the $170K mark.

This well-known builder have down sized in recent years and now have a flat line management structure where you will be reporting directly to the owner of the business.

To be successful for this role of Site Manager you will need:

• To come from a trade background
• Have proven experience delivering apartment projects
• Experience with a known builder with good systems in place
• Stability on your CV is important
• Able to lead from the front
• Able to take full responsibility for the project
