Working with architects and end users to achieve inspirational designs and elegant living spaces, the two 'hands on' directors and owners of the business have a passion for delivering first class projects.
 
They achieve this by surrounded themselves with passionate and capable tradespeople, supervisors, Site manager, Contracts Administrator and consultants to help them deliver an exceptional product. 
 
Due to ongoing success we are actively seeking a Site Manager to take control of a $6m residential new build 8 Town Houses - Caringbah 


This is a medium to high end project which is at groundwork stage at the moment so they need a foreman who is able to take full control of the project, driving quality, while maintain program. 
 
You will need to be a well presented and well-spoken construction professional, who is from a carpentry / trade background. 
 
You will also need to be able to turn your hand to different types, of construction like structural steel and brick and block through to the high end finish. 
 
I see this suiting a keen, eager and professional Site Manager who is looking to work for a growing construction company where you can grow with the business.
