The Company
Having operating in the Sydney market for over 6 years they have developed a reputation for producing a quality project on time and on budget. With the main bulk of their work within the Fit-out/Refurbishment market they have an established base of both client and subcontractors which they have developed over time.

With a full order book for the rest of 2023 they are going through a significant growth period at the present time and are looking to add a new Site Foreman to their team in order to support their current predicted growth. Project up to $20m within the D&C.

Salaries will be up to $150K package based on experience, on top of this you will benefit from an employee benefit scheme that includes regular industry / company events, training & development and a rotation policy when it comes to weekend shifts. 

The Role:
As a Site Foreman you will be supported by an established team including Project Manager and Contract Administrator. Initially you be running a site valued at $1m which involves the full fit out of 2 floors of an office based in CBD

Your duties will include:
  • Managing Contractors - To ensure work quality and program
  • Run Inductions and Pre-start meeting. 
  • Manage Safety - Reviewing and Writing SWMS and JSA 
  • Review & Manage Program - Writing short term programs - as required
  • Managing Daily Diaries. 
  • Reporting to the Project Manager
What you need to be successful:
  • Stability with previous employers
  • A background in the fit out/refurb sector. Small new build will also be considered
  • Have a carpentry background
