Your Role
As a Site Engineer (Structure), you will be the "boots on the ground" ensuring the skeleton of the tower is delivered with precision. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Assisting in the management of structural subcontractors (Formwork, Reinforcement, Post-Tensioning, Concrete).
• Reviewing technical drawings and ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Conducting quality inspections and managing RFI processes.
• Maintaining rigorous safety and environmental standards on-site.
• Tracking program milestones and reporting on daily progress.

Who You Are

• Experienced: You have 2–4 years plus of experience as a Site Engineer, ideally with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 builder.
• Structurally Minded: You have a solid grasp of concrete/steel structures and high-rise construction methodologies.
• Qualified: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Driven: You’re a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
