A leading commercial builder is seeking an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of a $60M+ high-end apartment/mixed-use development in Perth’s prestigious western suburbs. This is a flagship project that will set a new benchmark for design quality, finishes and delivery standards.

The Role

You’ll lead all on-site construction activities from structure through to high-end finishes, coordinating trades, ensuring programme adherence, and driving the culture of safety, quality and performance on site. This role suits a seasoned Site Manager who thrives on delivering architecturally complex projects with premium detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site operations, scheduling and trade coordination
• Drive safety, quality and compliance across all site activities
• Manage structural delivery, services integration and high-end finishes
• Ensure programme milestones are achieved and risks are mitigated early
• Work closely with the Project Manager, consultants and subcontractors
• Maintain a positive, collaborative site culture and professional client interface
• Foster strong relationships to ensure seamless delivery through to handover

About You

• Proven experience delivering apartment or mixed-use projects $30M+
• Strong understanding of structure, services and high-spec interior packages
• Excellent leadership with the ability to direct and motivate subcontractors
• Highly organised with strong programme, sequencing and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Carpentry trade background or tertiary qualification highly regarded
