The Company
Our client, a well-established builder in the Sydney market, is searching for a talented Senior Site Manager to join their team to lead a $100 million data centre. With over a decade of experience and a network of reputable clients and subcontractors, they specialize in delivering negotiated, complex jobs from $5m to $150m.
Due to a long-term staff member deciding to leave the industry, there is an opportunity for a new Senior Site Manager to join the team and be no 1 on one of their pre-established sites.
This is an opportunity to bring your own ideas to a company and become a leader , not just “another worker”.

As a Senior Site Manager you will be supported by an established team including Project Manager, Contract Administrators, Project engineers, Services engineers, and Leading hands.

The Role:

Your duties will include:
- Overall responsibility for the onsite delivery of the programme
- Ensuring that quality levels are at high level
- Ensuring that Health and Safety requires are set and maintained
- Reviewing and Writing SWMS
- Review & Manage Programmes - Writing short term programs - as required
- Managing Daily Diaries.
- Driving and setting targets for delivery staff
- Reporting progress to the Project Manager
What you need to be successful:
- Stability with previous employers
- A background working on projects valued at $50m +
- Extensive experience managing the installation of mechanical and electrical systems
- In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Working for a builder who are in a growth period
- Become a leader within the business – You will be able to effect real change and not just be another number
- Secured pipeline of work for 23/34 through previous established blue chip clitns
- Focus on the quality of delivery rather than “getting it done fast and cheap”
- Salary from $200K to $250K depending on experience with pay reviews put in place
