Job description

We are looking for a Senior Property Portfolio Officer with a passion for providing the best customer experience possible. Contract opportunity with NSW State Government up until August 2021
  • Based in Parramatta 
  • The role will be commencing as soon as possible
  • $46.97 per hour + super
Responsibilities:
• Property sales via online management system
• Liaising with real estate agents and panel solicitors
• Obtaining quotes and arranging clearance of contents
• Managing repairs for client properties prior to sale
• Administrative duties as required


Description:

• Deliver high quality, consistent and timely real estate services (sale, purchase and rental of property) to clients, both internally and externally, including taking responsibility for high volume and complex transactions, consistent with NSWTG’s customer experience statement.
• Ensure a coordinated approach to client real estate matters by working closely with clients, beneficiaries, stakeholders, colleagues and external service providers such as Real Estate Agents, Solicitors and Strata Managers.
• Provide support, guidance and advice on real estate matters whilst working closely with service centres and branches as required.
• Dealing with challenging and difficult clients and stakeholders that may be very emotional and stressed during a difficult period of their life and who may have unrealistic expectations and timelines
• Maintaining sensitivity, discretion and a professional manner in handling difficult enquiries and issues.

MUST HAVE:
Eligibility to work full-time in Australia
The ability to work full-time hours (35-40 hours per week)
Experience in mapping software is highly desirable
Must be able to commit for the full duration of the assignment
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Attention to detail
• Adaptable with a tenacious attitude
• Property sales experience and knowledge of the conveyancing process
