Nationally recognised mid-tier contractor requires a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a complex and rewarding project, delivering critical infrastructure upgrades in a live operational marine environment.
Working 3-hours outside of Melbourne's CBD (5/2 DIDO option), this is a great opportunity for a dedicated Senior PM to work in a fast-paced work environment under the banner of one of leading design and construct specialist builders in Australia.

Scope of Works
- Construction of a concrete wash bay slab
- Installation of a flexible pavement area
- Delivery of mass reinforced concrete footings
- Cement stabilisation for SPMT operations
- Comprehensive civil drainage works
- Significant wharf upgrades, including long piles, structural steel, and onshore marine support infrastructure
- Lead end-to-end project delivery in a high-risk, live operational marine environment
- Manage budgets, programs, contracts, and compliance requirements
- Engage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders
- Drive safety, quality, and environmental performance
- 10+ years' experience in large-scale construction and civil infrastructure projects ($20M+)
- Proven success in D&C works, ideally with marine construction experience
- In-depth knowledge of:
- Heavy concrete works (pavements, footings)
- Marine piling and structural steel
- Pavement construction, stabilisation, and drainage
- Strong commercial acumen, scheduling, and contract management skills
- White Card required; additional safety/environmental certifications desirable
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Construction Management OR equivalent trade background
- Competitive remuneration package (Hourly or Day Rate)
