This is a leading project management and advisory consultancy known for delivering excellence in the energy and social infrastructure sector. With a focus on innovation and sustainability, we are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager to lead our dynamic team in overseeing complex and high-profile energy projects, including hydrogen, transmission lines, utilities, and other critical energy infrastructure developments.

Position Overview: You will take on a leadership role, overseeing the successful delivery of a $3.5 billion energy project. In addition to project management, you will be instrumental in building and managing our energy division and team. We are seeking a candidate with a strong network in the energy space and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex and high-profile energy projects, including hydrogen, transmission lines, solar, utilities, and other energy infrastructure developments.
  • Manage the overall project budget, schedule, and quality to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Build and manage a high-performing energy division and team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Provide strategic guidance to clients, offering insights based on industry best practices and market trends.
  • Oversee risk management and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, Engineering, Construction Management or similar, 
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in successfully delivering complex energy projects, including hydrogen, transmission lines, utilities, and other infrastructure developments.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including team building and management.
  • Well-connected in the Energy space with a strong professional network.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to navigate and succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
