Our client is a builder who have grown from a small fit out company to one of Australia’s largest contractors in the past 30 years. Their national project portfolio varies from a $1M fit out to a $300M high rise.

Their QLD operation has been operating for 17 years and deliver a mixture of fit outs/large refurbs and new build construction projects to a value of $300M. They have a fantastic name in the QLD market and a name that turns most people’s head.
  
The role –Senior Project Manager - $260M health project
The Brisbane office have recently been successful in securing two large health projects with being a $260M project ion the south side of Brisbane.
  
The project won’t start construction until early 2024 but will start a heavy design phase with immediate effect and they are keen to get the team involved with the project as early as possible.
  
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead a team to deliver this landmark project and be a senior part of the QLD business.  
  
What we are looking for:

• A construction degree
• Previous experience with a well known builder in the Tier 1 or Tier 2 space
• Previous health experience would be an advantage, but not essential
• Experience on projects of $80M to $150M plus
• Stability on your CV
• Able to lead a large team
