We’re working with a well-established boutique client-side project management consultancy seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team in Sydney.

This role suits an experienced Senior Project Manager or strong Project Manager with end-to-end lifecycle experience, capable of leading multi-million-dollar construction projects across concept, design, and construction phases. Several projects are currently in early stages and are programmed to enter construction in 5 months’ time, offering genuine continuity and ownership.

This is a chance to work closely with two highly experienced Directors and take responsibility for a variety of projects across different sectors and stages, alongside repeat clientele.

Key requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of construction, building, or consultancy experience required
• Proven client-side Project Management experience (essential), min 5 years
• Background working builder-side or with head contractors
• Experience delivering construction projects through full lifecycle
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently
• Degree in Construction, Architecture, Property, Engineering or similar
