The Company:

This well know builder operate in the commercial, leisure, hospitality retail, residential and age care sectors delivering projects from $20m to $100m.
Their early success came from their refurbishment arm which still to date is their strongest division. It is in this part of the business where a Project Manager is required.
This division take on projects ranging from $20 to $100m refurbishing major iconic buildings including hotels, entire office blocks through to high-end retail outlets in the CBD.

The role:

Due to the size and complexity of a $25m heavy refurbishment we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to become part of the refurbishment team.
You’ll deliver a project with the assistance of a well-trained and dedicated construction team and you’ll play an integral part of securing work and ensuring the project is a success from inception through to completion.
You’ll be backed up by first class construction management and will be given all the tools necessary to do deliver.

About you:

This role would suite an ambitious, driven and enthusiastic “Fit Out” Project Manager with the capability of managing a $20m refurb project, with exposure to running projects with a tower crane.,

Your Background:

To be considered for this role you must have tier 2 fit out and refurbishment experience coupled with a solid career history working for a well-known and establish Australian building company.
