About the opportunity

Due to a busy pipeline of work an opportunity has arisen for a Senior Project Manager to join  the team. Where they will be responsible for the delivery of a residential and commercial pipeline of projects. Ideally the right project manager for this role will be able to demonstrate a prior background in this sector.

Skills and experience

• Experience of commercial and residential projects is essential.
• 10 + years of experience client-side.
• Excellent stakeholder relationship management.
• Full life cycle project management experience.
• Prior experience of business development, not only project delivery.
• A passion to grow a business and add real value to a growing business.
