CGC Recruitment are established experts in providing short term construction and engineering resources to main tier and mid-tier contractors and have been approached by an existing client to source a Senior Project Engineer or Project Manager to provide engineering and commercial support to an existing project. 
 
Working alongside a seasoned Construction Manager the role will primarily be focused on resolving outstanding subcontractor variations. This includes reviewing current variation submissions, working with engineers and the construction manager to understand our position on the matter drafting responses for review by Consruction Manager and submission onto Subcontractor.
 
The project is located a 90 min drive from Brisbane and the Gold Coast so is running a 5/2 DIDO roster with accommodation and being provided by the client. The role will involve working within an established project team so we are looking for a Senior Project Engineer or Project Manager who can hit the ground running and possesses the following criteria: 
 
- 8 years post graduate experience
- Must have prior experience on TMR projects  
- Prior structures experience
- Tier 2 Contracting experience an advantage  
- Very Strong Commercially 
 
Although the roster is 5/2 there would be some flexibility options for the right candidate to work a shorter week with WFH options.
