The Company

Currently employ around 50 people and over the last 2 years  have become a major player in the luxury residential market working with some of Sydney’s most respected architects.

The Position 

As a Senior Estimator you will work across the full bid process on tenders up to the value of $30M and be expected to handle 1-2 at a time. You will need to have a thorough understanding of construction methodology, accurate measurement skills and experience working on hard dollar and DD&C tenders.

The team will consist of a Estimating Manager and will be supported by an intermediate estimator that assists with pricing, checking and producing BOQs.

Ideal Background

• Quantity Surveying or Construction Estimating background with related degree
• More than 3 years’ experience working in a Senior Estimating position with a commercial builder
• Must have a good understanding of the local market and understand how to build.
• Knowledge and relationships with local trade base
• Ability use Buildsoft
