- Leading remedial construction company that specialise in civil, commercial and residential construction and remediation of major infrastructure assets across NSW.
- Services include concrete repair, form/reo pour, crack injection, protective coatings, structural strengthening, joint repair systems, cathodic protection, and specialist civil services.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join a reputable remedial business delivering complex asset remediation and infrastructure projects across NSW. This role plays a critical part in securing work and supporting continued growth through accurate, commercially sound tender submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed and competitive estimates for remedial and infrastructure projects.
- Review tender documentation, drawings, specifications and reports.
- Coordinate subcontractor and supplier pricing.
- Identify project risks, opportunities and value-engineering options.
- Work closely with Project Managers and Engineers to ensure buildability and accuracy.
- Maintain estimating databases, rates and historical cost information.
- Support bid strategies and mentor junior estimators where required.
- 5+ years’ experience estimating remedial, civil or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of concrete remediation, structural strengthening and specialist repair works.
- Excellent commercial and analytical skills.
- Experience using estimating software such as CostX, CUBIC or similar.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Work on technically challenging remedial and infrastructure projects.
