Currently, we're collaborating with one of the most active construction firms in Sydney. By recently concentrating on client engagement as an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) partner, they've gained a genuine opportunity to offer additional value.

With an established reputation across NSW spanning 8 years, they anticipate 2024 to be a year of growth, driven by significant project victories ranging from $15 million to $50 million. They've recently inked deals within the high-end residential, hospitality, commercial, and industrial sectors.

The Role
We're seeking a Senior Estimator to join their team on a full-time basis. You'll collaborate with two existing estimators on a mix of ECI and hard dollar tenders across fit-out and new build projects. Supported by a design manager, junior staff, and a seasoned Preconstruction manager.

Projects include high-end residential endeavors, cutting-edge corporate fit-outs, new build industrial ventures, and upscale hospitality refurbishments.

This role may appeal to seasoned professionals seeking a fresh challenge or those with a few years' experience aiming to advance their careers.

Ideal Background:

• Background in Quantity Surveying or Construction Estimating with a relevant degree.
• Eagerness and ambition to establish a career in estimating.
• Natural aptitude for analysis and proficiency with numbers.
• Advanced IT skills (our client currently utilizes Buildsoft and Cubit).

Salary expectations are negotiable based on prior experience. Our client is open to discussing this with candidates.
