They provide design and construct services within the commercial and hospitably sector on projects valued to $15M. All design is overseen internally, and the directors are still very hands ensuring people receive ongoing mentoring and training

The Opportunity

Due to planned our client is recruiting a Senior Estimator to join an established team. Working closely with the Director, Business Development manager and Internal Designers you will be responsible for pricing D & C fitout works valued to $15M.

This will involve being able to price prelims, write methodology, put together the programme and bring the full bid together ready for submission.

Ideal background

• Quantity Surveying or Construction Estimating background with related degree
• Be able to price fitout projects valued to $15M
• Have local knowledge of sub-contractors
• Be able to develop relationships with internal and external staff and consultants
• Highly developed IT skills (excel, buildsoft, project)
