Their Sydney operation has been particularly busy and they have been rewarded for their hard work by securing four land mark projects in the Sydney metro area ranging from $50M to $200M which has forced them to grow their team and start recruiting for these projects. 

They typically deliver projects in the residential, commercial and health sectors.
 
This well established builder are in need of an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their team, the project you will be working on will be decided on the time you join the business as they have many new projects coming through - What is guaranteed is the project value will be between $50M and $200M
 
The specific project there are looking for initially is a large scale $70m residential project in the heart of the Eastern Suburbs

To be successful for the role of Senior Contract Administrator you will need: 

• A completed Construction Management degree
• A minimum of 10 years experience as a Contract Administrator
• A strong Commercial/residential background
• Experience on projects of $30M plus
• Good negotiating skills
• Good communicator
• Able to work in a team
• Able to mentor the younger CA's
• Ability to multitask
• Able to deal with cost reports
• Self motivated
