They deliver a mixture of projects from $20M to $250M in the health and commercial/residential high rise sectors with their offices located just outside the Brisbane CBD.
  
The role – Senior Contracts Administrator (GOLD COAST)
We are looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join a project team on a large commercial/health development on the Gold Coast valued at the $110M mark.. You will be the lead CA on the project reporting to the Commercial manager. 
  
This is a great opportunity to work on a landmark gold coast project with a well respected builder.

We are looking for someone who is already a Senior CA, or a CA ready to step up.
  
  
What we are looking for:

• A completed construction related degree
• At least 7-10 years plus experience as a Contracts Administrator
• Mixture of project experience is preferred
• Experience on projects of $40M plus
• Stability with previous employers
