The Position

• Due to an internal promotion, we are helping to backfill a Senior Contract Administrator position that will work across this builders larger projects
• Looking for someone that can offer mentoring and guidance to the junior CA’s
• Work across 1-2 projects overseeing the administration of the head and subcontracts, variation management, subbie payments and assist the Project Manager to deliver the project within budget.

Salary will be dependent on experience however likely to be between $180K - $200K
  
Qualifications / Skills

• Construction Management or related degree track record working in the tier two market
• Highly developed skills in the control of project financials and construction procurement
• Experience administering head contracts and resolving contractual matters with clients
• Ideally looking for someone from two background
• Demonstrated leaderships skills and ability to work in a team environment whilst training and mentoring the next generation
