Location: Western Sydney
Contract: Up to 6 months, with view to extend

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join a major education infrastructure project based in Western Sydney. This is a contract role for up to 6 months, with a strong potential for extension, supporting the procurement and contract administration functions across the project lifecycle.
You will play a key role in managing contractual processes, supporting procurement activities, and ensuring compliance with project, financial, and governance requirements.

You will play a key role in managing contractual processes, supporting procurement activities, and ensuring compliance with project, financial, and governance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end procurement activities for consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- Prepare, review, and administer contracts in line with project and education sector requirements
- Manage variations, claims, progress payments, and contractual correspondence
- Maintain accurate contract records and reporting using Cheops
- Support project teams with contractual advice and risk mitigation
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and probity requirements
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, consultants, and external contractors
- Proven experience as a Senior Contract Administrator, ideally on education or public sector projects
- Strong procurement experience across capital works or infrastructure projects
- Mandatory experience using Cheops systems
- Sound knowledge of contract administration principles and processes
- Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
